We ensure to protect our customers from identity theft, We use SSL secured Check out so you can make the payment without any worries.

There are several reasons why a payment can be denied. Please know that your bank or our payment provider authorizes or denies a payment. Engager Mode only processes the transaction. For privacy reasons banks usually don’t give details about payments, however, we would like to share some common causes of declined payments:

  • Your PayPal account is out of funds
  • The debit card has Insufficient funds or has reached its limit
  • The credit or debit card information is incorrect
  • CVV mismatch
  • The credit card is expired
  • You are making an international purchase
  • Your card has been previously reported as stolen

We currently ship to all countries except: Brazil, Cuba, Myanmar, North Korea, Israel, Sudan, Iran, Syria and Russia.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. By using top-tier courier services, we ensure that your package arrives in a safe and timely manner.

It usually takes 8-12 business days for your orders to be delivered. However, it can take up to 20 business days (due to the global pandemic, there can be slight delays in your orders) for your item to be shipped.

As per the regulations governing international trade the customer is ultimately responsible for all duties and taxes levied on any goods they have ordered. Many countries have a duty-free policy where goods below a certain value can be imported without duty and/or tax. You can consult your country’s local Customs Department for more information on duties or import fees.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at support@engagermode.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing support@engagermode.com
